WWO Radio Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of WWO Radio, operated by Weston World One Network LLC ("WWO," "we," "us"). They cover our Roku and TV apps, mobile apps, and our websites, westonworldone.com and wworadio.org. By using any of them, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.
The service
WWO Radio is a free, live internet radio stream. You don't need an account to listen. We may change, pause or stop any part of the service at any time, and the stream may sometimes be interrupted or unavailable. Availability depends on your location and on our streaming and licensing partners.
Using WWO Radio
You may listen for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:
record, copy, rebroadcast, resell or publicly perform our stream or programming without written permission
play the stream in a business or public venue in a way that requires separate music licenses you don't have
interfere with, hack, or overload our apps, websites or servers
use our services for anything illegal or to harm others
Content and trademarks
WWO Radio, Weston World One, Artist 1st Jamz, our logos and our original programming belong to WWO. Music and other content we play belong to their respective owners and are used under license. Nothing in these terms gives you rights to use any of it beyond listening.
Advertising and third parties
Our programming may include advertising and sponsorship messages. We aren't responsible for advertisers' products or services. Our apps run on third-party platforms such as Roku, Apple, Google, Live365 and Wix, and your use of those platforms is also governed by their terms.
Things you send us
If you send us messages, form submissions, artist submissions or other materials, you confirm you have the right to share them. Any agreement to air or promote submitted music is made separately and in writing.
Disclaimers
WWO Radio is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or available in every location. Opinions expressed by hosts, guests and callers are their own.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, WWO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to $100.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll post the new version here and change the effective date at the top. Continuing to use WWO Radio after that means you accept the updated terms.
