WWO Radio Privacy Policy

WWO Radio does not sell your personal information, and our TV apps collect none directly. This policy explains what information we and our partners handle when you listen to or contact WWO Radio.
WWO Radio is operated by Weston World One Network LLC ("WWO," "we," "us"), 2045 W Grand Ave, Ste B #384622, Chicago, IL 60612. This policy covers:
the WWO Radio apps for Roku and other TV platforms
the WWO Radio mobile apps for iPhone and Android
our websites, westonworldone.com and wworadio.org, and their forms
It does not cover third-party services we link to or stream through. Those have their own policies (see Third-party services).
Information we collect
Roku and TV apps: We collect no account, name, email or payment information. To play the stream and show the current song, your device connects to our streaming provider (Live365), which receives your IP address and basic device and player details. The TV platform (such as Roku) handles data under its own policy.
Mobile apps: Basic technical details needed to play the stream, such as IP address, device type and app version, may be collected by us, our streaming provider and the app store. Any permissions the app asks for are explained when it asks.
Websites: Our website host (Wix) gathers pages visited, browser type and similar usage data through cookies.
Forms and email: We collect what you choose to send us, such as your name, email, phone, business name and message. This includes advertising inquiries, artist submissions and job applications.
We do not knowingly collect precise location, contacts, photos, or government ID numbers through any of our apps.
How we use information
We use information only to run the station and respond to you:
deliver the live stream and show what's playing
report listening data our streaming provider needs for music royalties and licensing
answer questions, advertising inquiries, artist submissions and job applications
understand how many people listen so we can improve programming
keep our services secure and meet legal obligations
We do not use information from the TV apps for targeted advertising.
Third-party services
These partners help us deliver WWO Radio. Each handles data under its own privacy policy:
Roku and other TV platforms, for app distribution and playback (docs.roku.com/published/userprivacypolicy/en/us)
Live365, our streaming and music-licensing provider (live365.com/privacy)
Apple App Store and Google Play, for the mobile apps
Wix, which hosts our websites and forms (wix.com/about/privacy)
We are not responsible for how these companies handle information.
Sharing, children, security and retention
Sharing. We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the service providers above to run our services, when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and our listeners' safety. If WWO is sold or merged, information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.
Children. Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security. We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No system is completely secure.
Retention. We keep form submissions and emails only as long as needed to respond and for normal business records, then delete them.
Your choices
You can listen without giving us any personal information. You can ask us to access, correct or delete information you sent us, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the UK), you may have additional privacy rights. We will honor those requests as the law requires. To limit tracking by Roku or your TV, use the privacy settings on your device.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will post the new version here and change the effective date at the top.
